About Nino

Hi I am a world-travelled chef with experience in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe and the Middle East.
I have been based in Hvar for the last 7 Years with a previous Head chef position at some of the most exclusive restaurants on the island. My philosophy is simple: Mother Nature has done 75%, my job is to make sure it shines through the other the other 25%.
